Envision Hospice  ·  Advertising Review

How your advertising is performing

A plain-language look at your Google ads — what you're spending, the demand it's creating, and one issue we found and repaired.

Period: August 2025 – July 2026 Prepared for: Juan Carmona Prepared by: 8 SIGNAL
Overall: strong, and getting more efficient

Here's the short version, Juan. Your advertising is working well. You invest about $1,300 a month — roughly $15,600 over the past year — and it puts Envision in front of about 5,300 people a month in El Paso who are actively looking for hospice care.

The clearest sign of health: 680 people picked up the phone to call you over the past twelve months, about 57 every month, and that demand has been rising. June was the strongest month of the entire year. Your click rate climbed from 4.5% to over 6%, meaning the ads keep getting better at reaching the right families.

We also found and fixed a problem with your call routing while preparing this review — calls placed through the tracking service weren't completing. It's repaired and tested as of today. Details below, in plain language.

People calling Envision from your ads, month by month

Every bar is someone who tapped to call after seeing your ad

Demand held steady all year and rose into the summer — June was your strongest month, with 80 families reaching out. The shaded window marks the call-routing issue described below; the interest was there throughout, and those calls now complete normally.

✓ Found and resolved

The call-routing issue, in plain language

Calls from your ads don't ring your office directly. They pass through a call-tracking service first — that's the step that lets us tell you how many families called and what they searched for to find you.

While pulling the individual call records for this review, we found that this middle step had stopped completing calls properly between early May and this week. The advertising itself never faltered; the handoff to your phone did. It isn't something the standard reports show, which is why it took looking at raw call-by-call data to catch.

It is fixed. The tracking service is restored, your ads now carry a working number, and we placed a live test call end to end to confirm it rings through to your office. Calls are completing normally again.

The advertising itself

Steady reach, improving efficiency, disciplined spend.

What happens next

Where we're focused from here.

  1. Call routing restored and tested. Completed this week. Your ads carry a working number and a live test call confirmed it rings through to your office.
  2. Monitoring the call data closely. We're watching call volume daily for the next few weeks to confirm it returns to the 55–60 a month you were seeing before, and we'll flag it immediately if anything looks off.
  3. Following up on the affected window. Worth checking voicemail and missed-call records from May through this week, in case families tried to reach you and are still deciding.
  4. Growing your reviews. A simple, steady ask for Google reviews from families you've served. More reviews and a higher rating make every ad work harder.
